On November 12, 2025, Stephanie DeLuca was inducted into the American Academy of Science and Letters (AASL) at its annual investiture ceremony in Washington, D.C., alongside two other Johns Hopkins faculty members: Paul R. McHugh, a professor of psychiatry, and Steven M. Teles, a professor of political science. AASL is a non-profit organization seeking to promote scholarship and honor outstanding achievement across an array of disciplines through means of providing public programming, supporting promising young scholars, and promoting traditional liberal ideals.
