Dr. DeLuca delivered a presentation titled “Housing Mobility and Access to Educational Opportunity” as a member of the 2012 Conference Advisory Committee for the Fifth National Conference on Assisted Housing Mobility. This conference was organized by the Urban Institute and the Poverty and Race Research Action Council.
