Andrew Gray is a Lecturer of Economics at Washington University in St. Louis. His primary academic research interest is in the interactions between disadvantage and the labor and education markets. In particular, his work examines how concerns about the potential for disruptive events in the lives of disadvantaged students and workers can affect their decisions, as well as those of their schools and employers. As a Lecturer, Andrew also has a deep interest in pedagogical research and efforts to improve instruction as well as equity and inclusion in the economics classroom. He teaches microeconomics, game theory, industrial organization, and the economics of organizations to undergraduates and MBA students.
