Sarah Sullivan is a Predoctoral Research Fellow in Sociology at the Johns Hopkins University.
Academic background
Sarah is a sociology convert who graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2023 with a BA in International Studies and Economics. She previously worked at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, supporting the Occupational Requirements and National Compensation Surveys for the Southwest United States. At PIRL, Sarah began working on the College and Career Decisions Study before becoming a member of the inaugural staff on the Community Study. She loves sitting down with people to learn about who they are and what matters to them. Sarah looks forward to beginning her PhD in Sociology in August 2025 (location TBA). Outside of work, you can find Sarah cooking, listening to classic rock, doing a crossword, or hanging out with her cat.
