Dr. Stefanie DeLuca spoke at the "Improving Neighborhoods to Improve Lives: Re-Imagining the Power of Place" panel on October 9th. The event was presented by Northwestern University's Institute for Policy Research, hosted at the Dirksen Senate Office Building. Dr. DeLuca presented, "The Geography of Opportunity: Why Place Matters and What We Can Do About It". She joined Kirabo Jackson (Northwestern University), Andrew V. Papachristos (Northwestern University), and Sean Reardon (Stanford University) on the panel, also pictured.
