Bentley Addison

Bentley Addison is an undergraduate student at the Johns Hopkins University studying Sociology and Political Science.

At PIRL, Bentley focuses on the CMTO program in Seattle, using interviews with participants to help develop recommendations for public housing authorities around the country. He has spent time working as an intern for the 29th Street Community Center and Greater Baybrook Alliance, a community development organization in South Baltimore. He is also a 2020-21 France-Merrick Civic Fellow, and will be spending the year exploring educational access in Baltimore through direct service projects and community engagement. Bentley plans to graduate in Spring 2021, and hopes to work for some time in the nonprofit sector after graduation, before furthering his education in sociology. In his spare time, he likes to drink way too much iced coffee, write, and explore Baltimore.
