Isabella Rubin

Izzy Rubin is an undergraduate student at the Johns Hopkins University majoring in Psychological and Brain Sciences, with a minor in Social Policy. 

At PIRL, Izzy's work focuses on housing mobility through qualitative analysis of CMTO interviews. In the past, she has spent time as a policy intern in the Office of Baltimore City Councilwoman Shannon Sneed. Izzy will be graduating in the spring of 2021 and hopes to attend medical school so she can eventually reform health policy as a working physician. In her spare time, Izzy runs, bikes, sails, and samples new vegan ice cream flavors. 

Research Interests: educational inequity, healthcare access, child welfare policy
