Julia Colen
Julia Colen is an undergraduate student at Johns Hopkins University majoring in International Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Social Policy. At PIRL, Julia's work is focused on educational access and housing mobility. She has also spent time researching interventions designed for women prisoners with substance abuse issues, along with the juvenile justice system in Baltimore City. Along with working at PIRL, she is currently working on a health equity initiative at the New Jersey Consortium for Immigrant Children. Julia will be graduating in the Spring of 2022 and hopes to attend law school in the future. In her free time, Julia likes to bake, listen to podcasts, and explore Baltimore.
